Delpha Hudson is interested in the potential of dialogue between performance, video, documentation, archive, and above all the possibility of re-representing ‘female.’
She uses durational actions, interventions in public spaces and site-specific work, ‘installactions’ (in which the act of making an installation is the performance), time-based performance & video combinations, and pseudo-historical tours. Interaction and dialogue with the public is as significant as the visual and textual elements that form the core of her artistic practice.
She is a member of Art Surgery, based in Cornwall
