I observed a group of four people acting strangely today. One of the group members was reading and chanting to the other three. He had pieces of paper and documents in his hands and he was making unusual sounds whilst reading aloud from the pages. He kept pointing back to the paper and showing them things from it. The other three just stood in a trance around him.
This went on for some time. I could slowly start to hear strange noises buzzing from them all.
After about five minutes they suddenly stopped. They then split up and left the area.
I decided to investigate the area closer for any further clues. Lying discarded in the gutter was one of the pieces of paper that the man was reading from-
